It’s a very remote unincorporated community in Lewis and Clark County. You can easily disappear even now in Montana, and no one would know that you lived there.

Judge Boyce Denied the Request to Reconvene the Grand Jury
Lori Vallow’s lawyers had requested that the grand jury reconvene because the language in the indictment is unclear. It was questionable what part of the charges referred to murder and which to conspiracy. The judge determined there is no need to reconvene the jury and the charges are clear. I personally think it’s vague and creates a loophole if there is a conviction.
More Information About the Motion to Prohibit Cameras and Live Streaming of the Vallow Daybell Case
I have more details for you in regard to the motion filed by Lori Vallow’s lawyers. East Idaho News and 32 other media outlets are battling against motion. Lori’s lawyers claim that it could cause prejudice with a possible jury if the media focuses on her reactions, and it could lead to a violation of privacy. The cameras were approved during that last hearing by the judge and the cameras weren’t hidden. In the counter motion, it is clearly indicated that the media complied with the court’s rules, and no client confidentiality was violated.

The Los Angeles County Attorney Chose Not to Pursue the Death Penalty in the OJ Simpson Case 9/9/94
The OJ Simpson case was one of the largest televised events in the 20th century. The prosecutors chose on September 9, 1994, to not pursue the death penalty. He was later found not guilty by the jury. He was charged with the murder of his wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. Though he was acquitted during the jury trial, he was later found responsible for both deaths in a civil trial.
Tylee Ryan’s Estimated Date of Death 9/9/19
Tylee Ryan was last seen on 9/8/22 in Yellowstone National Park. Her estimated date of death is 9/9/19. She would have turned 20 on September 24th of 2022. Our thoughts and family are with her family. Tylee Ryan is one of the four victims that Lori Vallow is suspected of murdering or being involved in their murder. The other victims in the Idaho case are JJ Vallow and Tammy Daybell. Lori is also facing charges in Arizona for the death of her fourth husband Charles Vallow.

I’ve got nothing for you today. I plan on doing yard work this weekend and hanging out. Now that the weather is nicer and the smoke is all gone, I can get some outdoor stuff done.
